The associates at check-in and check-out were very nice.
I was shocked by the state of the facilities. The stairs to the second floor were very dirty and run down, giving a terrible first impression. To make matters worse, my shower had no shower head, and the water came straight out of the pipe! It felt unsafe with a damaged door jamb and very little sound insulation from neighboring rooms.

Got updated, big room with a big bed. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in the room were useful. Affable staff and the location was exceptionally nice.

A comfy bed in a noisy place
The bed was really comfortable. I appreciated the friendly staff, who always greeted with a smile.
The thin walls meant I could hear every conversation in the adjacent rooms, which disrupted my sleep. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, further dampening my experience.

Great Value - wifi sucks however
In general: I had an extended stay due to "circumstances" This is a newer complex behind the Holiday Inn Express with same ownership. The motel 6 has a lot going for it. Good value. Bare basics.. clean rooms with all you need. Not fancy but not slummy! Pet policy is why I came initially. The ONLY negative I would have is the Wifi. It is spotty at best. I have several times called the company that does that and they are very apologetic. I have often had to go out to a restaurant or library for wifi needs... BUT in your jammies in late hours.. difficult. there have been a few occasions when wifi was wonderful. Hours of non interrupted use. But this is the exception. Overall this is a very good value with good location, nice staff and good management. Close to interstate and Turnpike and not far from a lot of good shopping, restaurants and the beauty shops etc one might desire. Location and surroundings: I liked the fact the hotel was behind the Holiday Inn Express. Anyone traveling with pets does NOT like to be near a busy road. Having an elderly dog that was not a runner, I felt very good leaving her out safely. Some very nice independent restaurants are not far. Cleveland Pierogis, Danny Boys (Italian with a Frank Sinatra theme), Creekside,, plus a lot of deli's, fast food and chain pizza, mexican and other ethnic offerings. I also prefer rooms with out a lobby and elevators etc. Being able to empty your vehicle right infront of your room is great. This is a safe area Service: Shawn the maitence man is excellent.. He even jumped started my vehicle when I left a light on and was dead one morning. keeps parking lot and spaces outside rooms good. Dining: no restaurants. coffee in lobby in morning. Rooms have MW and frighted. Sports and leisure: Things nearby.. National park(biking, hiking, kayaking, X skiing), shooting range, ski and tubing resorts, Room: Basic, noting fancy. Clean and choice of two double or one queen bed. Lots of TV selections although I didn't really have it on much Useful tips: bring your own hairdryer, coffee pot etc if you will be here a few days.

Amazing place, I truly enjoyed nice personnel.
The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a safe area, very close to the outskirts of town and Richfield and cuyahoga national park. Exceptionally comfortable beds, the room itself was modern. There was a bathtub, a plus for me. The location was good - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go...

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the bed was comfortable, but the so-called 'lobby' smelled like cat pee, and the staff? Let's just say they were missing in action when I wanted service. I woudl ve been satisfied with a complimentary coffee maker, but it was made clear I'm regular, unlike the real guests here.

cut to the chase, here's my take
The staff here was fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The King Room I stayed in was comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious design. Breakfast at the sister motel was a nice touch. It's conveniently situated near shopping and food. A great choice if you need a pleasant stay at an affordable price!

The King Room Non-Smoking had a comfortable bed and a mini fridge. Check-in process felt disorganized, and the exterior looked outdated. Overall a decent value for the price.

The room was clean the microwave worked well and the staff provided the Wi-Fi password which was much appreciated 😊. Hot water at the sink took no time to warm up too.
The noise from neighboring rooms could be bothersome at times.

The bed was comfortable, and hot water at both the sink and shower warmed up quickly. I appreciated that the microwave worked well. The TV was functioning fine. I had a pretty smooth experience overall, but the room could've used some freshening up. Still, it felt good to unwind here after a long day.
